To set up your Everclear bottle, first charge it fully using the included USB-C cable. Then, rinse the filter with cold water for 30 seconds before installing it. Download our mobile app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your bottle via Bluetooth.
We recommend replacing your filter every 300 liters or approximately every 2-3 months of regular use. The app will notify you when it's time for a replacement. You can also check the filter status in the app at any time.
The stainless steel interior can be cleaned with warm soapy water. The bamboo exterior should be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the electronic components or put the bottle in the dishwasher. For a deep clean, remove the filter and use a bottle brush to clean hard-to-reach areas.
First, check if the battery is charged. If the battery is charged but the pump isn't working, try resetting the bottle by holding the power button for 10 seconds. If the issue persists, make sure the filter is properly installed and that there are no blockages. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact our support team.
The Everclear bottle is designed for cold to room temperature liquids only. Hot liquids may damage the filter and electronic components, and will void your warranty. For best results, use with water between 4°C and 30°C (39°F and 86°F).
